隐私政策
Claudex 是 Mac 上供 Claude Code 使用的本地网关。Claude Code 负责用户界面、权限、工具执行和代理流程；Claudex 将兼容 Anthropic Messages 的请求转换为通过 ChatGPT 登录授权的 OpenAI Responses 请求。
登录与传输
在 Claudex 中连接 ChatGPT 会打开浏览器，进行本应用自己的 OAuth 授权。Claudex 不导入 Codex 的凭据文件。登录、令牌刷新和授权撤销使用 OpenAI 的认证服务；模型发现使用 https://api.openai.com/v1/models，推理请求发送至 https://api.openai.com/v1/responses。
推理请求可能包含提示词、系统指令、对话历史、工具定义、参数及结果、代码，以及客户端提供的内嵌图片。启用并调用 Advisor 时，Claudex 可能将相关上下文和图片发送给配置的 Advisor 模型，产生额外模型调用。工具由 Claude Code 执行，工具结果可能在后续请求中发给 OpenAI。
本地保存的数据
Claudex 在 Mac 本地保存配置和网关令牌、OAuth 令牌与账号元数据（可能包含邮箱）、账号模型目录缓存、用于工具续接的原始 Responses 回放记录，以及流量和诊断记录。回放记录可能含有助手内容、工具调用参数和不透明的加密推理条目；它并非只有统计数据。流量记录包含请求和模型调用计数、耗时、错误及提供方报告的 token 使用量，不包含提示词、工具内容或凭据。
默认数据位于 macOS 的 Claudex 应用支持目录，例如 ~/Library/Application Support/Claudex/；沙盒版本或明确配置的路径可能不同。OAuth 与回放文件采用当前用户专属的文件权限。凭据保存在本地文件中，不应理解为 Keychain 存储或所有数据均被加密。不要公开凭据、配置或完整回放/诊断文件。
保留与退出登录
目前没有为所有本地数据实现统一的自动到期或完整清除功能。数据可能在请求结束、应用退出或卸载后仍留在磁盘。退出登录会清除该账号的本地令牌并尝试撤销远端授权，但会保留账号元数据，且不会清除全部回放、流量或目录缓存。暂停网关可停止接受新的模型请求；如需手动移除本地数据，请先暂停并退出应用，再通过支持渠道确认实际存储位置。清除回放可能影响会话续接。
第三方与支持
请求直接从 Mac 发送给 OpenAI。Claudex 设置 store:false，但这不是对 OpenAI 零保留、零日志或训练用途的保证；适用的数据处理取决于 OpenAI 的服务条款、账号设置及政策。参见 OpenAI 隐私政策。Claudex 不运行自己的云端推理中转服务。
如果你主动提交支持问题，所提供的内容会通过对应支持平台处理。请删去 token、账号标识和敏感内容。本网站的访问与 Claudex 网关运行是不同的数据处理场景；本政策不声称网站没有访问日志或统计。

Privacy Policy (English)
Claudex is a local macOS gateway for Claude Code. Claude Code handles the interface, permissions, tool execution and agent loop. Claudex translates Anthropic-compatible Messages requests into OpenAI Responses requests authorized through app-owned Sign in with ChatGPT.
Authentication and transmission
Connecting ChatGPT opens a browser authorization for Claudex itself; Codex credentials are not imported. OpenAI authentication services handle authorization, refresh and revocation. Model discovery uses https://api.openai.com/v1/models; inference uses https://api.openai.com/v1/responses.
Requests can include prompts, instructions, conversation history, tool definitions, arguments and results, code, and inline images supplied by the client. When configured and invoked, Advisor can send relevant context and images to its selected model in an additional model call. Claude Code executes tools; their results can be sent to OpenAI in subsequent requests.
Local storage and security
Claudex saves configuration and the local gateway token, OAuth credentials and account metadata (which can include email), account model-catalog caches, raw Responses replay records for tool continuation, and traffic/diagnostic records. Replay can contain assistant content, tool-call arguments and opaque encrypted reasoning items; it is not limited to usage statistics. Traffic records contain request/model-call counts, timings, errors and provider-reported token usage, without prompts, tool content or credentials.
Data normally resides in the macOS Claudex application-support directory, for example ~/Library/Application Support/Claudex/. Sandboxed builds and configured overrides can use different locations. OAuth and replay files use owner-only file permissions. Credentials are local files; this is not Keychain storage or a promise that every stored item is encrypted. Do not share credential files, configuration or complete replay/diagnostic records.
Retention and sign-out
The current app has no comprehensive local-data purge or uniform automatic expiry. Files can remain after a request, app exit or uninstall. Sign-out clears local account tokens and attempts remote authorization revocation, but retains account metadata and does not purge all replay, traffic or catalog data. Pause the gateway to stop new model requests. Before manually removing local files, pause and quit Claudex and contact support to confirm the actual storage location; deleting replay can disrupt session continuation.
Third parties and support
Requests travel directly from your Mac to OpenAI. Claudex sends store:false; this does not guarantee zero provider retention, logging or training use. OpenAI's applicable terms, account settings and policies govern its processing. Read OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Claudex does not operate a separate cloud inference relay.
Information you voluntarily provide for support is processed through that support platform. Remove tokens, account identifiers and sensitive content before sharing. Visiting this website is distinct from running the Claudex gateway; this policy does not claim the website has no access logs or analytics.
