一、服务描述
佳同步（App Store 英文名 Glink，以下简称"本 App"）是一款运行在你 iPhone 上的独立工具，用你自己的 Garmin 账户凭证登录 Garmin 官方服务，在你的国区（garmin.cn）账户与国际版（garmin.com / Garmin Connect）账户之间搬运运动活动与训练课程。
开发者不运营任何服务器，本 App 不代管你的数据。
二、你需要自行具备的条件
- 你必须是这两个 Garmin 账户的合法持有人。本 App 只搬运你自己的数据
- 你需要遵守 Garmin 自身的服务条款。本 App 通过 Garmin 官方登录流程访问接口，使用方式受 Garmin 的条款约束
- 你需要网络连接。同步速度受 Garmin 接口的可用性与速率限制影响
三、免责声明（重要）
本 App 与 Garmin Ltd. 无任何隶属、认可或赞助关系。
- 本 App 依赖 Garmin 未公开承诺稳定性的网页接口。Garmin 随时可能变更登录流程或接口，导致本 App 部分或全部功能失效
- 同步过程可能因网络、限流、文件格式或接口变更而失败。请勿把本 App 当作唯一的数据备份手段
- 去重按活动类型、开始时间（5 分钟内）、时长（1% 内）三项同时比对判定。极端情况下仍可能出现漏判或误判，请以 Garmin Connect 中的实际记录为准
- 对因使用本 App 导致的数据重复、缺失或账户异常，开发者不承担责任
四、费用
本 App 完全免费，不含内购、不含订阅、不接广告。
五、使用限制
- 不得逆向工程、篡改客户端或伪造鉴权凭据
- 不得用于搬运不属于你的账户数据
- 不得通过自动化手段对 Garmin 接口发起超出正常使用范围的调用
六、知识产权
App 界面与文案归开发者所有。"Garmin"、"Garmin Connect"、garmin.cn、garmin.com 为各自所有者的商标，本 App 仅作描述性使用。
七、终止
你可随时卸载停止使用。开发者保留在你违反本协议时停止提供服务的权利。
八、适用法律
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。

1. What the service is
Glink (listed as 佳同步 on the China App Store) is a standalone tool running on your iPhone. It signs in to Garmin's official services with your own credentials and moves your activities and structured workouts between your Garmin China (garmin.cn) account and your Garmin Global (garmin.com / Garmin Connect) account.
The developer runs no servers and does not hold your data.
2. What you need to bring
- You must be the rightful holder of both Garmin accounts. This app moves only your own data
- You remain bound by Garmin's own terms of service. The app reaches Garmin's API through Garmin's official sign-in flow, and your use is subject to Garmin's terms
- You need a network connection. Sync speed depends on the availability and rate limits of Garmin's API

This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin Ltd.
- The app depends on Garmin web APIs that Garmin makes no stability commitment about. Garmin may change the sign-in flow or the API at any time, breaking some or all of this app
- A sync can fail because of the network, rate limiting, file format, or an API change. Do not treat this app as your only backup
- De-duplication decides a match when activity type, start time (within 5 minutes), and duration (within 1%) all agree. Edge cases can still produce a miss or a false match; the records in Garmin Connect are authoritative
- The developer is not liable for duplicated data, missing data, or account issues arising from use of this app
4. Cost
Free. No in-app purchases, no subscription, no advertising.
5. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, client tampering, or forged authentication credentials
- Do not use it to move data from accounts that are not yours
- Do not drive Garmin's API through automation beyond normal use
6. Intellectual property
The app's interface and copy belong to the developer. "Garmin", "Garmin Connect", garmin.cn, and garmin.com are trademarks of their respective owners and are used descriptively.
7. Termination
Delete the app to stop using it at any time. The developer may stop providing the service if you breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
