使用 Tiltic - 低头计时器（App Store 英文名 Tiltic - Head Down Timer，以下简称"本 App"）即表示你同意本协议。
一、服务描述
本 App 是一款 iOS 计时与提醒工具。它通过 AirPods 内置的运动传感器测量头部俯仰角，在你低头超过设定角度并持续够久时播放提示音，并记录每次监测的时长与提示次数。
全部计算在你的设备本机完成，本 App 不联网、不设账号、不含内购与订阅。
二、你需要自行具备的条件
- 一台运行 iOS 26.2 或更高版本的 iPhone 或 iPad
- 一副能提供头部姿态数据的 Apple 耳机（已知可用：AirPods 第 3/4 代、AirPods Pro 全代次、AirPods Max；AirPods 2 及更早型号不具备所需传感器）。是否可用以 App 启动时的运行时检测为准
- 授予「运动与健身」权限；若使用「定位」保活方式，还需授予定位权限
三、免责声明（重要）
本 App 不是医疗器械，不提供医疗、诊断、治疗或康复服务，也不构成任何医疗建议。 它显示的角度与时长是一台消费级耳机传感器的读数，不具有医学或临床含义，不应被用于判断任何身体状况。身体不适请咨询专业医师。
此外：
- 角度读数依赖你的校准基准与耳机的佩戴位置。耳机移位、重新佩戴、或换一副耳机，读数都会变化
- iOS 会在它认为必要时挂起后台 App。本 App 会如实上报中断时长，但不保证不间断监测，也不应被当作任何形式的持续监护手段
- 提示音依赖系统音频通道。其他 App 抢占音频、耳机断连、音量为零时，提示可能不会响
- 本 App 按"现状"提供，不对准确性、可用性、连续性作任何明示或默示担保。对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的任何直接或间接损失，开发者不承担责任
四、费用
本 App 当前版本完全免费，不含内购、不含订阅、不接广告。
五、使用限制
- 不得逆向工程、反编译或篡改客户端
- 不得将本 App 的读数用于医疗、保险、雇佣评估或任何对他人产生实质影响的判断
- 不得以本 App 的名义作出任何功效声称
六、知识产权
App 的界面、文案、图标与代码归开发者所有。"AirPods"、"iPhone"、"iPad"、"iOS" 为 Apple Inc. 的商标，本 App 仅作描述性使用，与 Apple Inc. 无隶属、认可或赞助关系。
七、终止
你可随时卸载本 App 停止使用，卸载即删除本机全部数据。开发者保留在你违反本协议时停止提供服务的权利。
八、协议变更
协议更新时会在本页更新「最后更新日期」。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。
九、适用法律
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。

By using Tiltic - Head Down Timer (listed as Tiltic - 低头计时器 on the China App Store, "the app") you agree to these terms.
1. What the app is
An iOS timer and reminder. It measures head pitch through the motion sensors built into your AirPods, plays a cue once you have been looking down past a threshold you set for longer than you set, and records each session's duration and cue count.
Everything is computed on your device. The app does not use the network, has no accounts, and contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
2. What you need to bring
- An iPhone or iPad running iOS 26.2 or later
- Apple headphones that can supply head attitude (known to work: AirPods 3rd/4th generation, AirPods Pro any generation, AirPods Max; AirPods 2 and earlier lack the required sensor). The app's runtime check at launch is what decides
- The Motion & Fitness permission; plus location permission if you choose the "Location" keep-alive method
3. Disclaimer (important)
This app is not a medical device. It provides no medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or rehabilitative service and constitutes no medical advice. The angles and durations it shows are readings from a consumer headphone sensor; they carry no medical or clinical meaning and must not be used to judge any physical condition. If something hurts, see a qualified clinician.
Further:
- Readings depend on your calibration baseline and on how the headphones sit. Shifting them, reseating them, or switching to another pair changes the numbers
- iOS suspends background apps whenever it decides to. The app reports gap durations honestly but does not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring and must not be treated as continuous supervision of any kind
- The cue depends on the system audio route. It may not sound if another app takes the route, the headphones disconnect, or the volume is at zero
- The app is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or continuity, express or implied. The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use it
4. Cost
The current version is free: no in-app purchases, no subscription, no advertising.
5. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the client
- Do not use its readings for medical, insurance, employment, or any other assessment that materially affects a person
- Do not make efficacy claims on the app's behalf
6. Intellectual property
The interface, copy, icon, and code belong to the developer. "AirPods", "iPhone", "iPad", and "iOS" are trademarks of Apple Inc.; they are used descriptively here, and this app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
7. Termination
You may stop at any time by deleting the app, which removes all on-device data. The developer may stop providing the service if you breach these terms.
8. Changes
The "Last updated" date at the top changes when these terms do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
