一、我们收集的信息 / 1. Information We Collect

1.1 相机 / 1.1 Camera

Lucent 需要相机权限来估计环境光照强度，以及做屏幕与环境的对比检测。

Lucent needs camera access to estimate ambient light and compare the screen with its surroundings.

关于相机使用，请明确以下几点： A few important things to know about camera use:

  • Lucent 不拍摄照片，不录制视频，不保存任何图像 Lucent does not take photos, record video, or save images.
  • 相机画面仅在设备本地实时处理。进入 App 的只有一个数字——由 ARKit 环境光估计得出的照度值 Camera frames are processed in real time on your device. The app receives only a number: an illuminance estimate from ARKit's ambient-light estimation.
  • 屏幕检测功能会短暂显示相机预览画面，该画面不被存储，不离开设备 The screen check briefly displays a camera preview. That preview is not stored and never leaves your device.
  • 相机仅在 App 处于前台时工作。iOS 系统禁止 App 在后台使用相机，因此 Lucent 在后台不进行任何光照采样 The camera works only while Lucent is in the foreground. iOS does not allow apps to use the camera in the background, so Lucent does not sample light in the background.

1.2 你在 App 内产生的数据 / 1.2 Data You Create in the App

  • 光照采样片段：起止时间、该片段的代表照度（中位数）、所属档位 Light samples: start and end times, representative illuminance (the median), and the assigned light band.
  • 手动打点：时刻、当时的照度、你选择的场景标签（书桌 / 床头 / 窗边 / 教室 / 户外） Manual entries: the time, the light reading at that time, and the scene label you choose (desk, bedside, window, classroom, or outdoors).
  • 设置偏好：建议模型档位、基线间隔、专注模式联动开关、休息提醒穿透开关 Preferences: the suggestion model, baseline interval, Focus mode integration, and whether break reminders can interrupt Focus.

以上数据全部保存在你的设备本地（App 的「应用支持」目录与系统偏好存储），不经过任何服务器。

All of this data is stored locally on your device (in the app's Application Support directory and system preferences). It is not sent to a server.

1.3 我们不收集的信息 / 1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • 不收集姓名、邮箱、电话号码等任何个人身份信息 We do not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
  • 不收集广告标识符（IDFA），不做任何形式的追踪 We do not collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) or track you.
  • 不收集位置信息 We do not collect location data.
  • 不生成、不上传设备标识符 We do not create or upload device identifiers.
  • 不含第三方分析 SDK、广告 SDK 或崩溃收集 SDK Lucent contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
  • 没有账号体系，不需要注册或登录 Lucent has no account system; you do not need to register or sign in.

二、信息的使用 / 2. How Information Is Used

设备本地产生的数据仅用于：

Data created on your device is used only to:

  • 在 App 内展示你的用眼环境记录 Show your visual-environment history in the app.
  • 计算建议的休息间隔 Calculate suggested break intervals.
  • 生成你主动发起的 CSV 导出文件 Create a CSV file when you choose to export one.

三、信息的共享 / 3. Sharing

我们不共享你的任何数据。Lucent 没有服务器，不上传数据，不与任何第三方共享信息。

We do not share your data. Lucent has no server, uploads no data, and shares no information with third parties.

App 内没有任何网络请求。这不是承诺，是代码事实——你可以在飞行模式下完整使用 Lucent 的每一项功能。

The app makes no network requests. This is not just a promise; it is verifiable in the code. You can use every Lucent feature in Airplane Mode.

当你使用 CSV 导出功能时，导出文件通过 iOS 系统分享面板交由你自己处置，我们不参与也不接触该文件。

When you export a CSV, iOS hands the file to you through the system share sheet. We do not handle or access that file.

四、通知 / 4. Notifications

Lucent 的休息提醒是 iOS 本地通知，由你的设备自己调度。没有远程推送，App 也没有推送证书。

Lucent's break reminders are local notifications scheduled by your device. There are no push notifications, and the app has no push certificate.

不授予通知权限时，Lucent 的计时仍在固定基线上正常工作，只是不会主动提醒你。

If you do not grant notification permission, the timer still works with its fixed baseline; Lucent simply will not send reminders.

五、数据的存储与删除 / 5. Storage and Deletion

  • 所有数据保存在你的设备上，随 App 的沙盒受 iOS 系统级数据保护 All data is stored on your device and protected by iOS data protection within the app sandbox.
  • 删除 App 即删除全部数据，包括采样记录、打点和所有设置 Deleting the app deletes all data, including samples, manual entries, and preferences.
  • 当前版本的 App 内没有「一键清除全部记录」的入口。要彻底清除，请删除 App The current app does not have a “delete all records” button. Delete the app to remove everything.

六、儿童隐私 / 6. Children's Privacy

Lucent 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，不会有意收集任何人的个人信息——因为它不收集任何数据。

Lucent is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anyone's personal information, because it does not collect data.

App 内的「儿童」是建议模型的一档（把休息间隔调得更密），不是账号类型，不涉及任何儿童数据的收集或处理。

The “Children” option in the app is a suggestion-model setting that makes break intervals more frequent. It is not an account type and does not involve collecting or processing children's data.

七、健康与测量免责声明 / 7. Health and Measurement Disclaimer

  • Lucent 提供的休息间隔建议是 Lucent 自有的模型，参考 20-20-20 原则并按环境照度调整。它不是医学标准，不构成诊断、治疗或医疗建议。如有视力或眼部健康问题，请咨询专业眼科医生。 Lucent's break intervals are suggestions from Lucent's own model, inspired by the 20-20-20 rule and adjusted for ambient light. They are not a medical standard and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult an eye-care professional about vision or eye-health concerns.
  • 照度读数是基于 ARKit 环境光估计的估计值，不是经校准的照度计测量结果，不适用于任何需要精确照度测量的场合。 Light readings are estimates based on ARKit ambient-light estimation, not measurements from a calibrated light meter. Do not use them where precise illuminance measurements are required.
  • 屏幕检测输出的是屏幕与环境的对比比值，不是屏幕的绝对亮度（nit）。自发光屏幕的绝对亮度无法通过本方法诚实得出。 The screen check reports a screen-to-ambient contrast ratio, not the screen's absolute brightness in nits. This method cannot reliably determine the absolute brightness of an emissive display.
