By downloading, installing, or using Model Proxy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Service Description | 服务描述

Model Proxy is a macOS utility that runs a local HTTP proxy server to route API requests from development tools to AI service providers. The App operates entirely on your local machine and does not provide any cloud services.

Model Proxy 是一款 macOS 工具，运行本地 HTTP 代理服务器，将开发工具的 API 请求路由到 AI 服务商。本应用完全在您的本地设备上运行，不提供任何云服务。

User Responsibilities | 用户责任

You are responsible for:

  • Providing your own valid API keys for the AI service providers you wish to use.

  • Complying with the terms of service of each AI service provider.

  • Securing your API keys and configuration data.

  • Any charges incurred from API usage through the proxy.

  • 为您希望使用的 AI 服务商提供您自己的有效 API 密钥。

  • 遵守各 AI 服务商的服务条款。

  • 保护您的 API 密钥和配置数据的安全。

  • 通过代理产生的所有 API 使用费用。

API Keys and Third-Party Services | API 密钥与第三方服务

Model Proxy stores your API keys locally on your device. The App forwards these keys to the respective AI service providers as part of API requests. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your API keys.

Model Proxy 将您的 API 密钥存储在本地设备上。本应用在 API 请求中将这些密钥转发给相应的 AI 服务商。我们不对您的 API 密钥的任何未授权使用负责。

The App does not modify API request or response content. It acts as a transparent proxy.

本应用不修改 API 请求或响应内容，仅作为透明代理。

Intellectual Property | 知识产权

Model Proxy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Model Proxy 及其原创内容、功能归开发者所有，受适用版权法保护。

Disclaimer | 免责声明

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

本应用按"原样"提供，不作任何保证。我们不保证：

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the proxy server.

  • Compatibility with all AI service provider APIs.

  • The availability or reliability of third-party AI services.

  • 代理服务器的不间断或无错误运行。

  • 与所有 AI 服务商 API 的兼容性。

  • 第三方 AI 服务的可用性或可靠性。

Limitation of Liability | 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to API charges, data loss, or service interruptions.

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任，包括但不限于 API 费用、数据丢失或服务中断。

Changes to Terms | 条款变更

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。在变更后继续使用本应用即表示接受新条款。
